THE FALLACY OF THE APPEALABILITY OF RULE 43 PROCEEDINGS

The recent decision in BE v NT and Others [2026] ZASCA 25 provides an important reminder of the provisional nature of Rule 43 proceedings and the limits of appellate intervention in interim divorce orders.
